KIDSA family dinner out in Arlington can easily top $80 once you add two kids meals, drinks and dessert — and that's before a day at the ballpark or the theme parks. Kids eat free deals change that math completely — most families save between $15 and $35 with kids eat free deals, and many families save hundreds of dollars each month.
The trick is knowing which restaurants run kids eat free nights, and which day each deal runs. That's exactly what the Kids Eat Free Club app does. Every kids eat free restaurant in Arlington, searchable by neighborhood, cuisine and day of the week — plus grown-up perks like free drinks and 10% off the whole check.
And once dinner's sorted, check out our guide to the top family things to do in Arlington, with member discounts on kids' activities across the city.

Tuesday is the classic kids eat free night in Arlington — but plenty of restaurants run deals on Mondays, Wednesdays and Sundays too, when they're quieter and happy to fill tables with families. Tex-Mex restaurants and family diners are the most common, but you'll also find kids eat free pizzerias, burger spots and BBQ joints across the city, from the entertainment district down to south Arlington.
The typical deal is one free kids meal with every adult entrée, usually for children 12 and under. Many venues sweeten the deal further for grown-ups with a free drink, a free appetizer or 10% off the whole check — we list these deal sweeteners alongside every venue in the app.
